The Supre Court and the High Courts in our country are actively encouraging adoption of these me t h o d s . t h i s d e v e l o pme n t h a s c r e a t e d a n e e d a n d d ema n d f o r professionally trained Mediators, Conciliators and Arbitrators. The ICADR recognized by the High Court of Andhra Pradesh has been imparting training ADR methods in collaboration with NALSAR Un i v e r s i t y o f L aw t h o r u g h t h e P o s t Gr a d u a t e Di p l oma i n ADR (Proximate Education). It has a comprehensive syllabus designed by NALSAR Unive r s i ty of Law, Hydr e abad. I t inc lude s Simul a t ion Exercises and Contact clases. so far it has successfully completed 7 Batches. After the completion of the course, the successful candidates will be awarded P.G. diplomas by NALSAR University of Law. They can then be employed by the courts for the purpose of Section 89 of CPC, besides practising independently. The minimum eligiblity for diploma is graduation. Admission are now open for the eight batch for the academic year 2012. Contact classes will be held at Hydrabad, Chennai, bangalore, New Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata and other places depending upon the availability of minimum number of candidates.
